Not that I'm boasting but I am currently being fostered with a number of other dogs in my foster dad's home and we all get along great. My foster says I'm allergic to chicken, but other than that I'm a healthy girl. Found alone, hungry, and sick in a ditch, it felt like nobody wanted a stray puppy until a kind lady saved me. That shaky start is far behind me now. Today, I'm a calm girl ready to give my heart wholeheartedly to a family who accepts me just as I am. Being a fast learner, I'm highly intelligent and would dream of learning more tricks with you! While shyness is common at first, treats work wonders for my confidence.Once comfortable, a silly side emerges to keep you smiling, though relaxing in your arms remains the favorite pastime.A quiet, adult-only home suits me best, as quick movements from children can be startling. While I've had little previous experience with cats, my current foster has a cat with whom I get along quite well, even wanting to play. Having a fenced yard is essential for feeling safe. A dog buddy later on would perhaps be a boost to my confidence as I get along with most dogs. In my current foster home, I get along fine with the male dog but I'm not comfortable with the female.
