Rocky

Rocky came to the shelter from the city pound in September 2025 when his time was up and no one had claimed him. We do know a little about his history and know that he's over a year old and Rocky is his real name. He's a little shy at first but warms up quickly and is loving and playful. He has been vet checked, neutered, and microchipped and his fee is $150.

Rocky is a young dog who has had a little basic training. He needs a home that can provide him with the exercise he requires. He did live with kids in his previous home. We do think he could do okay with a female dog with proper intros. We have no way of knowing about cats. He really is a honey!

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
