Thank you so much for considering adoption. We would love to help you find a wonderful new family member here at Guilford County Animal Services! We are open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week from 1pm to 3:30pm with no appointment required. We are open on the weekends by appointment only. Adoptions are closed Monday and Tuesday. You can adopt from us if you live out of county anywhere in the US. We do require that you are able to come meet the pet in person before you adopt to be sure they are the right fit for you and your family. Please note that we cannot hold or reserve pets. We operate on a first come first serve format based off of our scheduled appointments. Adoption Prices are as follows: Kittens/puppies 6 months and under - $75Dogs - $50Cats - $25Senior (8+) Dogs - $25Senior (8+) Cats - $10 All adopted cats and dogs at Guilford County Animal Services come fully up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. ---------- If you believe this may be your pet, please come to the shelter during business hours and bring your ID, proof of ownership, and proof of spay/neuter and/or rabies vaccination history if you have it.
