Meet Pyroar - The Gentle Lion with a Heart of Gold Pyroar is a soft, glowing bundle of sunshine with an impressive orange mane and the sweetest soul to match. With his medium-long fur, fluffy ruff, and oversized kitten feet (which always seem to grow before the rest of him), he looks like a tiny lion in training-one who is clearly destined to grow into even more of himself… mostly so there's more of him to cuddle.Named after the Pokémon Pyroar, this boy lives up to the title in looks-but not in temperament. Unlike his fierce namesake, this Pyroar has absolutely no interest in battling. He is a lover, not a fighter, and he would much rather be curled up in your lap than chasing imaginary enemies.True to classic orange-cat fashion, Pyroar is wonderfully expressive, a little goofy, and full of heart. He chirps when he's happy, flops dramatically into laps without warning, and naps with theatrical dedication-always as close to his favorite person as possible. If you sit down, he assumes you've done so specifically for him.One of his favorite activities is "box sitting." If there is a box, basket, bag, or vaguely square-shaped object nearby, Pyroar will claim it and supervise the household from within. It's part comfort, part security, and part adorable performance art.Despite his gentle nature, Pyroar does enjoy playtime-especially gentle games with wand toys and soft balls-but cuddling always comes first. He's happiest when he's touching you in some way: a paw on your arm, his head tucked under your chin, or his whole fluffy body draped across your lap.Pyroar has been raised in a loving foster home and is well socialized with men, women, older children, and other cats. He's confident, trusting, and comfortable in a busy home environment.
