Hi there, I'm Reed. I’m the kind of dog who really, really loves being around people. If you’re nearby, I’m probably trying to get your attention. Nudging your hand, wagging my whole body, maybe even bouncing a little to make sure you notice me. I don’t mean to be a lot… I just get excited because I like you. Treats? Yes, please. Always. I’ll sit (well, mostly), focus (for a second), and do my very best because snacks are basically magic. Sometimes, though, all that excitement turns into something else. The world can feel overwhelming, and I’m not always sure how to handle it. That’s when I get a little anxious… and maybe a little mouthy or jumpy. I’m not trying to be rude or wild... it’s just my way of saying, “I don’t quite know what to do right now.” I think I’d really do well with some training. Someone to help me slow down, understand what’s expected, and show me better ways to handle all these big feelings. I’ve got the heart for it. I just need a little guidance to match all this enthusiasm.
