Hi there. I’m Willow. I’m a shepherd, and yeah, I’ve got a few spots where my fur’s a little thin. It’s okay, though; my people say I’m still beautiful, and I think they’re right. I’m not the kind of dog who rushes up to everyone right away. I like to take my time.. sniff things out, watch, and make sure you’re safe and kind. Once I decide you’re a friend, though? Oh, you’ll have a shadow forever. I love leaning into people I trust, feeling their hands scratch behind my ears or rub my chest. That’s the best feeling in the world. Playtime is great too!! Tug toys, fetch, even a good roll in the grass. But I also love my naps. There’s something about curling up in a sunny spot or next to my person that makes me feel peaceful and happy.A nd snacks? Don’t even get me started on snacks. I’ll do just about anything for a crunchy treat or a piece of cheese. Life’s pretty simple when you think about it. A few good people, a soft place to rest, and something tasty to munch on. That’s all I need.
