Camper

Camper is a very chill cat with beautiful markings. She took a little while to warm up to indoor life and will need gentle coaxing as she gets accustomed to her new surroundings. She enjoys napping on a heating pad during these cold days of January and is happy to be inside, not in the campground where she had been living. She doesn't appear to be playful yet but she sure does love to have her head rubbed. Ideal family will be one which will continue to give her time to adjust and allow her some quiet time. Camper has been exposed to a dog, cat and a hyper 4-year-old child and doesn't seem phased by them. She is very sweet and loves to be pet but still nervous about venturing around her foster home after about 10 days there. She will definitely be one of those cats that goes by the 3/3/3 rule….3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine, 3 months to start to feel at home. Meet Camper by completing the adoption application or visiting her at The Thrift Hound, 234 New Leicester Hwy, during business hours. If you hope to take her out of her condo to visit or take her home the day you meet her, submit the online application and one of us to call you to approve your application and schedule a meet and greet. All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventatives.
