About This Dog
What WeRescue Scout knows about Cookie
Mario and Cookie thrive on companionship and love being close to their people on the couch or in bed, so they'd be happiest in a home where someone is around regularly. They're social with kids, dogs, and cats, and only need patience with ongoing potty training and Cookie's dietary and monitoring needs.
- Cookie requires lifelong prescription urinary food and routine urinalysis every 3 months due to history of bladder stones.
- Both dogs are still working on potty training and have occasional accidents indoors.
- Bonded pair—should be adopted together.
WeRescue Scout summarized this from the shelter's original listing and may include estimates. Please contact Kentuckiana Pug Rescue to confirm any details before adopting.
About Cookie
Kentuckiana Pug Rescue
RescueKentuckiana Pug Rescue (KPR) is a volunteer-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization (permit #P15-001003) committed to helping all needy Pugs in the states of Indiana and Kentucky. We work to find both abandoned, as well as surrendered Pugs, loving, forever homes in which they can live out the rest of their lives. KPR does not have a central facility where Pugs can be visited. Each rescued Pug lives with a foster family until they can be placed in an adoptive home.
