Hi, I'm Walt Whiskers!I'm a 1-year-old black-and-white tuxedo boy with medium-length fur and a whole lot of charm. I'm very friendly and actually enjoy being held - especially if it comes with chin scratches, because I'll completely melt in your hands when those start.I'm a sweet, affectionate guy who likes being part of the action. If I think I'm overdue for attention, I may politely (or not so politely) let you know with a little vocal protest. We typically have around 20 adoptable cats on site-each one eager to meet their new family. Our visiting hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3-7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM-2 PM. 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MNAge and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
