Hi, I'm Tom!If you're looking for a playful, curious, and affectionate young guy to bring some life into your home, I might be your perfect match. I settled into my foster home pretty quickly-after a short time figuring out where everything was, I decided it was time to make myself comfortable and start exploring my kingdom.I'm an energetic kitty with a fun daily routine. My mornings often start with a burst of "zoomies," racing through the house for 15-20 minutes chasing whatever catches my eye. Wand toys and tiny toy mice are some of my favorites, and I'll even play a little game of ball with you. After my adventures, I tend to collapse wherever I land-like a toddler who played a little too hard! Then I recharge and do it all again later in the day.When I'm not playing, I'm a sweet and social companion. I like to be in the same room as my people and will chat with you with little chortles and mews while I'm awake. I enjoy tummy rubs, don't mind when you touch my paws, and I'm starting to learn that being picked up isn't so bad either. I also accept brushing and have excellent litter box manners.I'm a smart boy (I learn quickly when told "no"… though I might still pretend I didn't hear you the first time!). I love active play with my humans and would do great in a home that enjoys interacting and having fun with their cat.If you're looking for a playful, talkative companion who will keep you entertained and then curl up nearby for the evening, I might just be the perfect addition to your family.Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
