Pip is 2.5 yrs old. Moving in with my bf who is allergic. Pip is a good boy but needs patience. He is a stressed kitty and has FIC. Inflammation of his bladder. This could lead to his behavioral issue of biting. He is fine if you let him come to you. It took him 1 year to jump on my lap at all. Then he'd stay 10 min and after 2yrs he started sleeping in my lap for up to an hour or so. He is on an ear cream to help his stress and anxiety and it has helped. He has pain meds for his bladder but will not eat whatever I put it in. He doesn't complain or present with pain. Mostly I think when he is having a bladder issue at that time is when he may have pain. He has 2 bite reports on file w ACC. He broke my skin twice. Had an infection.
He is unadoptable per them. He is chipped. I love him very much and I don't think he should be euthanized for his issues. I've tried other rescues and no one wants him. He pretty much likes his own terms and will let you know when he wants attention. I can go up to him and start to pet but he's not having it. He is declawed in front. Had 2 dogs. 1 he loved and they played together and Pip did bite and claw him but he put Pip in his place. That dog died after a year. Pip became dominant on the Chihuahua . That is what led to declaw.
He loves to be outside but likes to know a door is open to come back inside. He may want a few minutes or an hour. He will come to the door just to check your close by. He has a fenced in porch and doesn't roam. He is jumpy but likes to explore. I don't want to get rid of him but the bf can't do cats. **** Breed: Domestic **** Pet Link:
