Meet Oliver - a wire-haired whirlwind with a big-dog personality packed into a small, scruffy frame. This 14-pound firecracker spends his days prancing from one adventure to the next, chasing tennis balls until his legs give out and engineering creative solutions to the garbage can lid situation. His sparkling eyes are basically a warning label for sock theft.

For all his feisty bravado, Oliver has a tender side too. Loud noises like thunder send him sprinting for cover, and new people can make him a little uncertain - he'd much rather assess someone from a safe distance before deciding they're worthy of his affections. Once you've earned his trust, though, you have a fiercely loyal companion for life.

Oliver is looking for an all-female household where he can truly relax and feel secure. Men and even younger boys make him very anxious. He blossoms with patient, calm energy and will reward that safety with endless personality, snuggles, and the occasional stolen sneaker.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100%% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
