Meet Scout - an adorable retriever mix puppy with a heart full of love and a playful spirit to match! Born on March 30 while in rescue, Scout has been growing and thriving in foster care while he waits for his forever family. At just eight weeks old and already weighing 10 pounds, this handsome boy is expected to grow into a large breed dog, so he's looking for an active family ready for lots of adventures, exercise, and cuddles along the way.

Like any happy puppy, Scout is full of normal puppy energy and curiosity. He loves to play, explore, nap hard after playtime, and learn about the world around him. Scout would do best with a family committed to helping him continue learning good puppy manners, socialization, and basic training as he grows. A family home most of the day to see him through his puppy and adolescent age is preferred

Scout is sweet, affectionate, and ready to become someone's loyal best friend. Whether it's hiking trails, playing in the yard, or curling up after a busy day, Scout is eager to be part of an active, loving home that will help him grow into the amazing dog he's meant to be.

The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip,

age-appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm, and any other necessary medical treatment to ensure
