He is incredibly sweet, kind, and loving, with the gentlest soul and a beautifully sweet disposition. Gouda lives to retrieve-he proudly carries toys (or anything you hand him) around like trophies, and it is absolutely adorable to watch. He beams with pride and will happily vocalize his joy while showing off his treasures. He is smart, well-mannered, obedient, and eager to please. Gouda is learning basic commands such as come and sit, has already mastered off and leave it, and is currently working on down. Gouda is crate trained and will let you know when he needs to go potty. He is still polishing his potty training and will continue to thrive with a consistent routine. He does wonderfully with kids, cats, and all dogs. Gouda would do best in a home with a nice-sized yard, and having a fur sibling would be a big plus for him. If you're looking for a joyful, affectionate retriever who brings happiness everywhere he goes, Gouda is your guy. He has had 2 vet visits, is neutered, Microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations DHPP X 4, Bordetella, Rabies, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and a 2 fecal tests. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments.
