is as affectionate as they come. She's a 3-year-old, 12-pound Rat Terrier mix who just wants to be close to her person and soak up all their love.

She is an easy size, sweet-natured, dog-friendly, and a total companion dog. If you're looking for a little shadow with a big heart, Violet is your girl.

She is crated when we leave the house and does fine in her crate.
