Little Cocoa, just as comforting as the drink! This beautiful girl grew up with us and is very comfortable in the shelter environment. New situations can be scary or off-putting to her, as is true for a lot of cats! Cocoa would not do well with children, but she does like other cats. Her ideal home would be one that would accept her as standoffish and first and would accept however she settles in in the future--whether that might be a cuddle cat or a cat that prefers to love from a distance. Earning that love is worth it! Consider a sibling of Cocoa's for a double adoption to help ease her transition-Carol and Flurry are available!

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.



Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.



All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:

Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus
Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)
Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment
Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions
Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
