Need a couple of BFFs in your life to put you at the center of a lot of love? Ready for head butts, loud purrs and warm, furry companions in your lap? Zappa and his beautiful siser, Zaney, are ready and willing to complete your life with love and affection. These beautiful brother and sister were abandoned on the streets of Houston several months ago. People in the neighborhood fed the friendly cats, but no one wanted to take them in. Finally, as the temperatures reached freezing, one of the women took them into her apartment and reached out for help from our rescue. The cats are now fully vetted and ready for adoption. Not kittens, they are under 2-years-old, which means they are already past the naughty stage so you get to go straight to the cuddle stage!
The duo has tested positive for a completely manageable chronic illness, FIV. That means they are immunocompromised and they need to be kept indoors, where they are less likely to pick up an infection.
Zaney and Zappa have been through a lot together and they are very bonded. They must be adopted together. The adoption fee for both kitties together is $100.
