Sunset

Sunset: the velcro cat. If you leave a room, he will walk the house calling what he thinks your name sounds like in cat. Don't try to use the bathroom alone, he will put his paws under the door as far as they can, batting for your attention. Sunset is shy and takes some time to gain your trust and would do best in a quiet household. Sunset is also the most playful kitten you will meet! He plays hard and loves to fall into your hand when you pet his head.
He is around 10 months old. He is around 6.5 pounds currently and will not reach his full size until over a year old. Sunset is still a kitten, and kittens thrive in the companionship of other felines - and Sunset LOVES other cats! Our kittens must go to homes with another friendly cat. We are happy to match our kittens up with another kitty and you can adopt a perfect pair! If you'd like to meet Sunrise, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a meet with an approved adopter! You can also meet Sunrise at our weekly adoption event every Saturday 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at PetSmart Eastgate. Our cats are fully vetted and we require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccines. We will not send cats to home where they will be declawed as it is a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are all spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed, and microchipped.
