Carl: Not at shelter (Torie)

Carl found his way to the shelter when he showed up as a stray at a local resident's home, and did not want to budge. He was a happy boy at the shelter and enjoyed the regular meals and the visits from the dog walkers who came daily to spend time with him and all the other dogs. He is even happier now that he is in a foster home and gets to be part of a "pack." Watch for updates!
