Rupert: At shelter

Our sweet, sad looking boy Rupert is finally recovering from his nasty upper respiratory infection, which is most likely the result of dental infection. He is in dire need of a lap to lay on, and a loving mom or dad to dote on him, stroke his beautiful face, and tell him how much he is loved. Can you provide that for Rupert?
