Pearl (Adoption Pending)

Pearl is an 8-year-old Boston Terrier whose journey to healing began with heartbreak. After losing her elderly owner, Pearl was transferred to American Boston Terrier Rescue & Rehabilitation (ABTRR) from another rescue due to significant behavioral challenges. She was anxious, aggressive toward other dogs, and obsessively hoarded toys-behaviors rooted in fear and uncertainty.



But Pearl's story didn't end there.

Thanks to the unwavering patience, training, and love of her ABTRR foster family, Pearl has blossomed into a completely different dog. She's learned boundaries, built trust, and now enjoys the company of other dogs. Her anxiety has eased, and her playful spirit shines through-especially when she's swimming, one of her favorite activities. Pearl also loves car rides and has become a joyful, loyal companion.

Good with dog savvy children (recommended 8+), ok with cats, good with other dogs when introduced properly

She's currently being fostered in Tulsa, OK.
