MEET ROOKIE Rookie is an almost 2 year old Pit Bull mix looking for a calm and understanding home where he can truly thrive. He came to us as an owner surrender due to reactivity around younger children, so we are recommending a home without children.Rookie has previously lived successfully with another dog and has done well with canine companions. He is housebroken, crate trained, and knows his basic commands. Once he feels comfortable, Rookie is a loyal and affectionate companion who enjoys being close to his people.Rookie does not seem to enjoy crowds or overstimulating environments, so a quieter home with a predictable routine would be best for him.
