Meet Poinsettia!Poinsettia is a 5 year old torbi tabby girl- a perfect blend of sweetness and quiet charm. With her beautiful markings, she's as unique on the outside as she is on the inside.She is the kind of cat who will gently make her way into your heart, whether she's curling up beside you for a cozy nap or softly asking for pets with her sweet, soulful eyes. She has a calm, affectionate nature and enjoys the simple things in life- sunny windows, soft blankets and the company of her favorite people. She would thrive in a home where she can relax and be cherished for the gentle companion she is.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
