Indie is a 2.5-year-old social butterfly who loves making friends with just about anyone - whether they have two legs, four legs, or even whiskers. At home, she sometimes gives off lovable "annoying little sister" energy, happily chasing the cats up their tree before acting completely heartbroken when they refuse to play. She's also been known to sneak off with her best buddy's favorite toy the second he looks away, proudly trotting off with her prize.
When she's not trying to convince her housemates to join in the fun, Indie is hard at work showing off her skills. She knows sit and stay, and she's both house-trained and crate-trained. Despite weighing 45 pounds, she firmly believes she's lap-sized and will happily squeeze herself onto any available lap. She'll also sit patiently nearby while you cook dinner, quietly hoping for a dropped scrap or two.
Indie absolutely adores people, though she hasn't had exposure to small children yet. For now, she would do best with older, respectful kids who understand her playful nature.
Outside the home, Indie loves going for walks and would make an amazing adventure companion. Extra bonus points if you enjoy swimming - she may not be the most graceful swimmer, but this girl absolutely lives for splashing around in the water!
