Bear is a 15-year-old senior cat with a gentle presence and a heart full of love to give. Like many older cats, he is navigating a few health challenges, including some vision impairment and heart disease. Despite these hurdles, Bear continues to enjoy life at his own pace and finds comfort in calm, gentle companionship.We are still getting to know Bear and learning more about his personality and preferences. So far, we have found that he thrives in a quiet, predictable environment, especially given his limited eyesight. While he can see to some extent, sudden or fast movements can startle him. He does best with slow approaches, soft voices, and a consistent routine. These small considerations help him feel safe and build trust.Bear would do best in a peaceful home without a lot of commotion, ideally with someone who understands that senior pets need a little extra patience and care.
