Astrid is a gentle 8-year-old calico- tortoiseshell girl looking for a stable, long-term home where she can finally relax and feel safe. She's naturally shy at first, but once she warms up, her sweet personality really shines-she loves lounging nearby, keeping you company, and even playing fetch with her favorite hair tie.

Astrid has a trauma history, so she needs to be the only pet in the home-no other cats or dogs. She thrives in a predictable environment and would do especially well with someone who works from home or is around often. She makes a wonderful quiet companion and "background buddy."

Due to ongoing financial instability and frequent moves, her current home is no longer able to provide the consistency she needs, and it's been very stressful for her. She deserves a calm, secure space where she can truly settle in and live a happy, fulfilling life. Sweet Astrid lives in Portland with her family and her rehoming fee is $50. Astrid is indoor only.
