Meet Peaches!

-4 years old, spayed female

-Domestic Shorthair, cream & tabby mix

-7.6 lbs on April 29

-Microchipped & vaccinated



Sweet Peaches has had a difficult journey. She was left outside the Care Center and appears to have been surviving outdoors for quite some time before finally coming to safety. Because of that, the shelter environment is still a big adjustment for her.



But despite everything, Peaches is already beginning to show signs that she wants to trust. She enjoys gentle pets from staff and volunteers and is starting to show interest in interacting with people indoors.

-Learning to feel safe indoors

-Enjoying affection more and more each day

-A beautiful cream-and-tabby girl

-In need of a patient, understanding adopter



She will need someone willing to give her time to decompress and adjust at her own pace. A calm home and a kind heart will make all the difference for this lovely girl.



Watching shy cats like Peaches learn to trust again is incredibly rewarding - and she's already taking those first brave steps.
