Say hello to Phoenix, a handsome senior boy with soft grey stripes, soulful eyes, and a quiet, gentle nature. Shelter life has been overwhelming for him, so he preferred to stay tucked safely inside his kennel during photos - but even while shy, he showed how sweet he truly is.

This lovely older gentleman simply needs time, kindness, and a calm environment where he can decompress and feel safe again. Once he trusts you, he's sure to become a deeply loving companion.
