He sat in the shelter for months with no one coming to claim him until his foster parents saved him in November. A half year later, Gulliver is more than ready for his loving forever home! He hit the jackpot with foster parents who train dogs professionally. He comes with full obedience and free lessons for the adopter. His fosters have worked hard to train him, expose him to public settings and all kinds of people and dogs, and find outlets for his high energy level.
