A 15-week-old Husky mix with more resilience than most of us will ever know.Ice Cube came to one of our shelter partners after his owner was arrested. He arrived lethargic and tested positive for parvo - and somehow, this little guy fought through it and survived. Just when he should have been in the clear, another accident occurred, resulting in chemical burns that caused hair loss and scarring on his ears, the back of his head, and parts of his legs.He went into foster care, where his foster mom gave him everything he needed to heal - patience, comfort, and love. His ears are starting to stand again, though he may never regrow the hair on them. And honestly? We think they suit him just fine.Ice Cube has now made his way to ACSKC, and he's ready for his forever home. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and full of love. He would thrive in a home with another dog, as he gains confidence from canine friends, and he should do well with children and cats, too. After everything he's been through, Ice Cube is simply ready for something steady.Ready for warmth.Ready for home.Ice Cube's adoption fee is $275, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption.
