Meet Spring - A Little Dog With a Lot of SunshineSpring is an 8‑month‑old Pit Bull with a heart as big as her smile and a spirit that refuses to quit. Fun‑loving, sweet, and endlessly affectionate, she's the kind of dog who brings warmth wherever she goes - just like the season she's named for.She came to us favoring one of her back legs, and at first we suspected a torn ACL. After a full veterinary workup, we learned the truth was even tougher: Spring had both a broken hip requiring an FHO surgery and an ACL injury that needed surgical repair. Through every appointment, every challenge, and her entire recovery, she was nothing short of a champ. Her spirit never dimmed for a moment. She took her healing in stride, adapting with the resilience and optimism that only the most special dogs seem to have.Despite everything she's been through, Spring is pure joy. She's great with other dogs, gentle with kids, and eager to share her love with anyone who gives her a chance. She still has some puppy energy, but she listens beautifully to gentle correction and wants nothing more than to make her people proud.Spring would thrive in just about any home - one filled with adventure, snuggles, or a little of both. She's ready to bring her sunshine to a family who will adore her as much as she'll adore them. Recovery NotesSpring is still healing from her surgeries and will need a home that can support her continued recovery. She should have limited room to move around indoors for now, and she must remain on leash when outside unless your veterinarian clears her for more activity after adoption. Full healing can take up to two months, and she'll benefit from a family committed to helping her finish this last stretch strong.Spring's adoption fee is $250, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption.
