He loves stuffed toys, enjoys a good game of fetch, and is highly motivated by treats and attention. He has done well with other dogs and enjoys being part of the fun, whether that means romping around the yard or trotting beside you like your tiny woodland companion.And once the excitement is over? Ruger is more than happy to curl up beside his people for cuddles and well-earned relaxation.Potential future answer to: "What was the name of your childhood dog?"Ruger's adoption fee is $175, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption.Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it's important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal's true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.
