This sweet 6-year-old Chihuahua mix was found as a stray and is now looking for her next chapter with a loving family to call her own.Firefly has a lovely tan and white short coat and expressive brown eyes. She is fully grown at 13 pounds, making her a small dog who loves to cuddle. Firefly is good with other dogs and does well with kids. She has not yet had the opportunity to interact with cats since coming into rescue, so her cat compatibility is currently unknown. Firefly tends to be on the shy side when meeting new people but after a bit of time, she will come around and show off her friendly and affectionate side. As a bit of an older girl, Firefly offers the kind of love that only comes with time with steady, gentle, and deeply loyal. She is happiest soaking up the warmth of the sun, resting in a warm lap, and sharing quiet moments with her person. All she is looking for is love, comfort, and a place where she can finally feel at home. Crate training is in progress. She is a champ at her housetraining.
