Holly or high water, this girl is coming for your heart! Meet Holly, the spirited sweetheart who is bursting with energy and ready to bound straight into your life with her boundless enthusiasm and loyal heart! This beautiful girl is a female Australian Shepherd, about 7 years young and full of life. She has a colorful short white-and-brown coat, and classic Aussie charm. She is medium sized at around 45 lbs. She is perfectly built for adventure without being overwhelming.Holly is a devoted companion who thrives on closeness and connection. She is incredibly good with other dogs and children, bringing joy and playfulness wherever she goes. On walks, she starts off with high-energy zoomies vibe, but quickly settles into a calmer, more focused pace once she' has had her initial burst of excitement. She has not been exposed to cats since coming into rescue. While she prefers sunny days and clear weather (rain or bad conditions can make her a bit anxious), her sweet nature shines in cozy indoor moments or gentle outings. She is still working on her leash and crate training skills, but her eager-to-please personality means she will pick up on anything new quickly with positive reinforcement. She has already earned her stripes for her house-training skills. Holly knows what is expected of her and will carry the skill like a champ. It is important to remember that Although Holly is housetrained, accidents can happen while adjusting to new home environment. Holly has stolen the hearts of everyone who has met her. She is affectionate, attentive, and always ready to follow her favorite humans. If you are looking for an active, loving companion, Holly is ready to trade past experiences for endless walks, playtime, belly rubs, and a forever family who will match her loyalty with love.* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine.
