Our rescue requires that kittens be adopted in pairs (at a special discounted adoption fee!) or into a home that already has a young, friendly cat. Why? Because Single Kitten Syndrome is real! When kittens grow up alone, they can develop behavioral issues like biting, excessive vocalizing, or difficulty learning boundaries.
