Yam

Yam is an 8-month-old, 41-pound pittie mix with the softest wrinkles, deep soulful eyes, and a heart that's pure marshmallow. He gives couch-loving potato energy with just the right sprinkle of puppy zoomies.

This mellow guy enjoys leisurely hikes, playtime with dog friends, and then promptly napping it off. He's potty trained, crate trained, can be left alone for a few hours, and does wonderfully in the car. He's polite on leash, not mouthy or jumpy, and is super trainable, especially if treats are involved.

Yam would love a playful dog sibling to chase, wrestle and play tug with, but could be okay as your only dog with the occasional playdates. He can be shy with strangers, but patience and calm energy go a long way.
