Shera

Meet Shera, a golden girl with a heart of pure sunshine. At 10 years young and 46 pounds, Shera is proof that age is just a number. After recently losing a front leg to bone cancer, she has adjusted wonderfully to life on three legs and hasn't missed a beat. She trots around, climbs stairs, and hops onto the couch like a pro.

Shera greets everyone with a loose, waggy tail and a sparkle in her eye. She's house trained, crate trained, and very treat motivated. In her foster home, she's living peacefully with two adults, two young kids, and a large female dog. She enjoys having a dog friend nearby but would be just as happy soaking up all the love as a solo pup.

Her perfect day includes a comfy bed (or better yet, a couch), a sunny spot for naps, tasty meals, and plenty of snuggles. While we don't know how much time Shera may have, we do know she's comfortable, happy, and has so much love left to give.
