Leon

At just 4 months old and 28 pounds, Leon is an alert, curious, and confident puppy bursting with joyful energy. He's friendly and affectionate, loves cuddles, and once he warms up (which only takes a moment!), he reveals himself as a gentle, loving baby who just wants to be close to his people.

In his foster him, Leon gets along great with the resident dogs, does wonderfully with the kids, and is vocal about being part of the action. He's smart, treat-motivated, and already learning basic manners, making training fun and rewarding. He's doing well with crate time, is working on house training, and is about to start leash training and walks now that he's fully vaccinated.

This shepherd mix has plenty of energy for games and enrichment, but he also knows how to settle down and relax. Leon will thrive with an adopter who's ready to invest time, patience, training, and exercise into raising a smart, strong, large-breed puppy.
