Pete is a big, soft-hearted guy who's truly a marshmallow at heart. He's cuddly, social, and affectionate. He's happy to curl up in your lap, enjoy pets, and even be held, especially once he knows he's safe. Although losing his home has left him a little confused and shy at first, it doesn't take long for Pete to relax, roll around, and soak up all the love and attention he can get.

Playtime is another favorite, especially anything he can chase, and his outgoing, playful side really shines when he's comfortable. Pete lived with dogs in his previous home and did well, and at the shelter he's been respectful with other cats, usually keeping to himself and backing off easily when asked. He's a gentle soul who does best with equally gentle, non-bullying felines. This sweet boy is ready for a loving home where he can feel secure again.
