Hi, I'm Timber (yes, like the tree-but I promise I only fall for belly rubs).

I'm a 5-month-old Shar Pei/Lab mix with a soft heart, squishy face, and what I believe is a professional-level love for snacks. Bananas? Yes. Raspberries? Absolutely. Cheese? My personality trait. Bread? Don't even get me started. If you're looking for a treat-motivated best friend… I'm basically a tiny, adorable food critic.

I'm still working on my potty training-I promise I'm trying really hard! I just need a little patience and encouragement while I figure it out. The good news? I'm kennel trained like a champ. I sleep quietly through the whole night (a solid 8 hours of beauty rest, thank you very much) and keep my space clean.

I'm currently in my "teething era," but don't worry-I stick to my toys and leave your furniture alone. I may be young, but I respect a good couch.

Personality-wise, I'm a gentle little soul. I'd say I'm about a 4/10 on the energy scale-more "cozy companion" than "chaotic tornado." I can be a bit shy at first, but once I feel safe, I turn into a total lovebug. Pick me up and I'll melt right into you. Give me pets and I'll immediately flip over for belly rubs-it's kind of my signature move.

I love being around humans and other dogs (friends are my favorite!), and while I haven't officially met any cats yet, I'm so gentle and easygoing that I'd probably do just fine with a dog-savvy kitty. I don't have a strong prey drive-honestly, I'm more interested in snacks than chasing anything.

One little thing about me-I'm sensitive. If I think you're upset, I might pancake myself to the ground like a sad little rug. I respond best to kind words, encouragement, and positive praise. I really just want to make you happy.
