Beautiful Bug is silky soft with pleading butterscotch eyes.When she arrived, she was starving and covered in sores. She has since gained weight and her coat is healing and beginning to glow. She is a huge LOVE BUG! In the yards, she would rather cuddle than play. She will occasionally venture away to explore, but always returns for more pets.She is highly food-motivated and loves treats, yet she is the gentlest of treat-takers.Right now, Bug is nervous in new situations. She does not willingly load into cars, but she can be lifted in and lured in with food. She prefers to ride as close to her people as possible.She loves to say hi to everyone she meets. She shows interest in other dogs but has not been formally tested with them. She has sensitive skin and some dermatitis that needs attention. She also has a raw tail tip from wagging it against the kennel so much.Bug is a couch potato and would do best with a patient family who has time to introduce her to the world slowly.
