Meet Guz Guz - Guz Guz is a sweet, sensitive boy who is looking for the stability and love he has always deserved. This handsome boy came to the shelter as a stray after growing up in a neighborhood with many outdoor cats where life was often unpredictable and stressful for him. Despite that uncertain beginning, Guz Guz has held onto his loving heart. Guz Guz is an incredibly affectionate cat who truly wants to bond closely with his person. He loves attention, enjoys being hugged, and would happily climb onto your chest for cuddles and comfort. At the same time, he can sometimes be a little unsure of the world around him and may get nervous in new or stressful situations. Once you understand him, though, it’s easy to see that underneath it all is a deeply loving cat who simply wants to feel safe and secure.When Guz Guz first arrived at the shelter, he was not feeling well and was diagnosed with crystals in his urine, which made urination painful. Thankfully, he has been receiving treatment and is now doing great! He is thriving on his special prescription urinary diet, which will need to continue long-term to help keep him healthy and prevent future urinary issues.Guz Guz would thrive in a calm, stable home with someone patient and kind who will give him the consistency, reassurance, and affection he’s been missing. In return, he will reward you with endless love, companionship, and snuggles. This special boy is more than ready to leave his difficult past behind and become someone’s cherished best friend.
