Betty Boop- In Foster!

Hiya, Boop-Oop-a-Doop! I'm Betty Boop, a teeny-tiny, big-eyed sweetheart ready to steal your heart! I'm a 7-week-old domestic short-haired kitten who was found at Fire Station #2 in Rockwall on 01/08/26, and now I'm safe, cozy, and growing stronger every day in a loving foster home while I wait for my forever family to find me. Since I'm still just a little baby doll, I'm only available for pre-adoption at this time. I'll be ready to head home with my adopter on 02/12/26 when I am 8 weeks old. Because I am currently in a foster home, an approved online adoption application is required before meet and greets can be scheduled, and of course, applications are also required for adoption. Meet and greets are scheduled with approved applicants in the order applications are received. Every star needs proper care, so I'll need to make a quick return trip to RAC on 03/18/26 at 12 weeks old for my spay surgery and rabies vaccine. This date is non-negotiable and required under Texas state law, and it helps me grow into a happy, healthy leading lady.
