Lya

Lya is a lovable, sweet girl who quickly steals hearts with her gentle nature. She may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and soon shows just how affectionate she truly is. Once she feels comfortable, Lya loves nothing more than being close to her person, happily cuddling up and soaking in attention.She does wonderfully with children and enjoys playing with other dogs, showing a respectful and thoughtful approach to her canine friends. Lya is playful while still being mindful of boundaries, making her an easy companion for other pets.She already knows how to sit and is currently working on potty training. Lya is eager to learn and continues to gain confidence each day.With her sweet personality, gentle spirit, and love of snuggles, Lya is sure to make a devoted and loving companion for a lucky family.This pup was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. Meet and greets are by appointment only. An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.
