Lestat is an energetic, goofy puppy with a heart as big as his playful puppy energy. He loves to play and currently gets along great with our resident Great Pyrenees mix. Once he gets his wiggles out, Lestat turns into the sweetest cuddle buddy. He's affectionate, loves to be scratched and receive belly rubs, and has the best head tilt, the kind that makes you melt on the spot.Lestat is looking for a loving, active home that can keep up with his puppy energy and give him the structure, playtime, and affection he deserves. If you're searching for a sweet, loyal companion he is your guy. He is potty trained and crate trained. He knows the commands sit and off. He is working on his leash walking and will be sure to be a loyal companion.Lestat was rescued from a shelter in New Mexico.Meet and greets are by appointment only. An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Check out our events page for upcoming open adoption events! We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time. When we do, it will be updated here. This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.
