Meet Nacho, the yellow duckling! Nacho was surrendered with his swimming buddy Taco – and together they are a perfect pair! These cuties are bonded so they will have to go to a loving home together. Nacho has been described as the bolder of the two (the appetizer before the meal). He likes to come and say hello and lead the way for his buddy to follow. In their previous home, Nacho and Taco were around dogs and cats--- however they sometimes would pester their kitty roommates so potential adopters should consider a slow thoughtful introduction to other pets. If you are looking for some ducks to waddle into your life with open wings, consider adopting these two today! Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them
