Frank is big, energetic, confident and playful like his namesake. He is usually the last kitten racing around while his siblings are going back to sleep. He wants to wrestle his sibs and sometimes doesn't know his own size/strength. But he seems to know his name and when told to knock it off usually does, since it can mean air jail.
