Sweet, kind, and incredibly easy to love, this handsome boy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He absolutely adores attention and will even let out the cutest little “awooo” when he’s happy—we like to think it’s his special way of saying thank you. Maverick has wonderful manners and has been an absolute joy to spend time with. He’s potty trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and knows cues like “sit,” “down,” “stay,” and “come.” Smart and sweet is always a winning combination! With his calm, easygoing demeanor, Maverick tends to match the energy around him. Whether you’re out exploring or relaxing at home, he’s just happy to be by your side. His curious nose loves taking in the world around him, and leisurely walks are one of his favorite ways to spend time with his people. Maverick has done wonderfully with other dogs and even has experience with kitty friends! He truly seems to make friends wherever he goes, though slow and thoughtful introductions are always encouraged. When his playful side comes out, tennis balls are an instant favorite. He’d also appreciate plenty of chew toys and cozy downtime in his future home. Maverick is truly such a special boy. His soft eyes, gentle nature, and loving personality make it nearly impossible not to fall in love with him. He’s ready to find a family to adore for the rest of his life.
