Meet Beetle: The Happiest Little Aussie/Carolina Dog Mix Looking for His Forever Family!

Hi there! My name is Beetle, and I'm a 3-4‑month‑old Australian Shepherd/Carolina Dog mix with a big smile, a waggy tail, and a heart full of excitement for life. I might be small now, but I've got a whole lot of love to give-and I'm ready to share it with my very own family.

I've been at Central Arizona Animal Rescue almost my whole life. I came here when I was just two weeks old, along with my four brothers and sisters. We were tiny, wiggly little pups who needed help, and the rescue stepped in to give us a safe place to grow. All my siblings have already found their forever homes, and now… it's finally my turn!

A Little About Me

I've been around dogs my entire life and love playing with them.
I've only ever had positive experiences with people, so I'm super friendly and well‑socialized.
I've never met a cat, but at my age, learning to be friends with one should be easy.
I've never lived inside a house, so I'll need to learn about house training, but I'm a smart pup and eager to learn.
I haven't started leash training yet, so my new family will get to teach me from the very beginning.

My Personality

I'm a happy, joyful little guy who loves to explore, play, and cuddle. Everything in the world is new and exciting to me-every leaf, every toy, every friendly face. I'm curious, brave, and full of puppy enthusiasm. I adore other dogs and would love a home with a canine buddy, but I'd also be thrilled to be the center of someone's world.

Since I've grown up surrounded by people and dogs, I'm confident, affectionate, and ready to bond deeply with my new family. I'm the kind of puppy who will follow you around, flop into your lap, and make you laugh every single day.

My momma is still here at the rescue too! If you're curious about what she looks like, you can meet her-but she doesn't look anything like me or my siblings. We're a mystery mix in the cutest possible way.

What I'm Hoping For

I'm dreaming of a family who wants a sweet, playful puppy to grow up with. Someone patient and kind who will teach me all the things I haven't learned yet-like how to walk on a leash, how to live inside a house, and how to be the best boy I can be.

I promise I'll make it worth it. I'll bring joy, laughter, cuddles, and a whole lot of puppy love into your life. I'm ready for adventures, snuggles, training, and everything that comes with being part of a real family.
