Meet Tobias! This little heart stealer is about 2 years old and weighs just 9 pounds. He appears to be an adorable Chihuahua/Papillon mix with the sweetest personality to match. Tobias is a quiet little guy who rarely barks and has a gentle, easygoing nature that makes him a joy to be around. He gets along well with other small dogs and does well with kids, and he's happiest when he can be close to his people whether that means playing nearby or curling up in your lap for some affection.

Tobias is still building confidence when meeting new people and will benefit from a patient home willing to continue helping him feel secure and supported. Because of this, he would likely do best in a home with older children or with a couple who can give him the time and encouragement he needs to keep blossoming into the wonderful companion he is meant to be.
